We trust this FAQ section has given you a clearer idea of our data recovery solutions and workflow. If you require further clarification or need help with a recovery case, you are welcome to reach out to us. Our team is here to support you whenever you need assistance.
What is data loss?
Data loss is any event that results in important files being destroyed, corrupted, or made inaccessible. This can happen due to physical failure, human error, software issues, or cyber attacks.
What should I do immediately after data loss?
STOP USING THE DEVICE IMMEDIATELY. Power it down and do not attempt to run recovery software. Continued use can overwrite lost files or cause further physical damage.
Is recovery software safe to use?
No. Using consumer-grade software often causes further data corruption or overwrites the lost sectors, potentially making professional recovery impossible. Always consult experts first.
What types of devices can you recover data from?
We recover data from virtually all storage media, including HDDs, SSDs, M.2 NVMe, RAID arrays, Servers, NAS, Laptops, PCs, Pen Drives, Memory Cards (SD/CF).
Do you handle physically damaged drives?
Yes. We specialize in physical damage like head crashes (clicking/grinding), motor failure, water damage, fire damage, and electrical surges. These recoveries are performed exclusively in our Class-100 Cleanroom.
Can you recover data from Apple Mac devices?
Yes. We recover data from MacBooks, iMacs, and all macOS-formatted drives, including APFS, HFS+, and proprietary Apple NVMe drives.
What are the steps in your recovery process?
Our process is transparent and includes 5 steps: 1. Free Diagnosis, 2. Transparent Quotation, 3. Secure Data Extraction, 4. Proof & Verification, and 5. Final Delivery.
What does "Secure Data Extraction" involve?
This step involves cloning the damaged drive (sector-by-sector imaging) in a protected environment, repairing physical components in the Cleanroom, and using forensic tools to extract the file structures from the copy, ensuring no further damage to the original media.
How will I verify my recovered data?
Before you make the final payment, we provide a list of the recovered files, or a sample of the most critical files, for you to verify the integrity and completeness of the recovery.
How long does a typical recovery take?
Standard recovery services usually take 3 to 7 business days from the time the device is received.
Do you offer emergency or fast services?
Yes. We offer Priority Emergency Service for urgent business and critical data cases, often providing results within 24–72 hours, depending on the failure severity.
How is the recovery cost determined?
Pricing is based solely on two factors: the type of media (e.g., HDD vs. SSD vs. RAID) and the complexity of the recovery (e.g., logical error vs. mechanical head crash). The cost is never based on the amount of data recovered.
Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes. Our initial diagnosis is completely free. We will only proceed with recovery after you accept the Transparent Quotation based on the complexity found during the diagnosis.
What is your "No Data – No Charge" policy?
This guarantees that if our engineers are unable to recover any usable data from your device, you will pay zero recovery fees.
How do you ensure data security?
We adhere to strict ISO protocols for data handling. All recovered data is stored on secure, encrypted servers until delivery. We guarantee 100% Confidentiality and destroy all copies of your recovered data after a set verification period.
What is your success rate?
We have a verified recovery success rate of 95%+ across all devices and failure types.
Can you recover data if it has been overwritten?
If data has been physically overwritten (e.g., by installing a new OS or new files), the chances of recovery are severely limited or zero. Our forensic imaging techniques attempt to recover partially overwritten files, but complete restoration is not guaranteed.
Can you recover files from a broken pen drive or memory card?
Yes. We use advanced chip-off and flash recovery techniques to bypass damaged connectors or controllers and read data directly from the memory chips.
Do you recover photos and videos from camera cards?
Yes. We specialize in recovering professional media, including RAW formats (CR2, NEF, ARW) and Ultra HD video files (4K, 6K, 8K) lost due to corruption or accidental formatting.
Do you handle RAID, NAS, and Server failures?
Yes. This is a specialized corporate service. We reconstruct broken RAID levels (0, 1, 5, 6, 10, etc.) and recover data from NAS/Server systems crashed due to controller failure, configuration errors, or multiple drive failure.
Can you recover encrypted databases or files affected by ransomware?
Yes. We offer specialized solutions for complex cases, including encrypted drive recovery and restoration of files affected by ransomware attacks.
Do you provide digital forensic services?
Our methods employ forensic-grade tools and processes to ensure the integrity of the original media is maintained, making the recovered data admissible for legal or investigative purposes.
